This photo is pretty awesome (and creepy) just as it is, but it gets even better when you read what Mary Robinson was trying to achieve with this photo of Kimmy in the tub full of Barbies:

i wanted this series to represent how girls are obsessed with looking perfect. i wanted kimmy to be “swimming” in a sea of perfect girls.
